In order to obtain the ARC’s review of a proposed modification or addition, the homeowner must sign the Acknowledgement of Architectural Review Process, complete the application form, and submit to the committee. For your convenience, a fillable PDF has been provided below. Use the link to download, complete, and save the form.
Electronic submission of the signed acknowledgement and application via email is preferred, however submissions may also be made by mail delivery or directly to one of the members of the committee.
The application asks for a description of the improvements and other additional information that will enable the ARC to assess the scope of the project and its compliance with CC&R guidelines.
